Omega-3 fatty acids are the healthy fats that can be beneficial for your arthritis. You can increase your intake of these fatty acids by eating fatty fish or by taking fish oil supplements.

Having a support group or even just talking about your pain to someone you trust can make what you’re going through a whole lot more bearable. Getting enough sleep lets your body feel refreshed and energized everyday. It also promotes your body’s natural healing processes. Try to establish a regular schedule for bedtime and waking up.
